Megasealed’s 2019 National Conference has been a smashing success, featuring a thought-provoking program around the theme of ‘Evolve’.

Held on October 31st and November 1st at the stunning Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort in the Hunter Valley, speakers included Megasealed Founder & MD Jacques Courtin and a keynote from leading entrepreneur Jack Delosa.

The event also recognised top-performing franchisees from around the country. Eight national awards were presented at a lively Gala Awards Dinner on Friday night, with live music by Max Johnson.

Every part of the progressive conference was designed to energise, motivate and inspire.

Driving Evolution

Known as the experts in stopping shower, bathroom and balcony leaks – without the costly removal of tiles – Megasealed have 23+ years’ experience in the industry and operate in 80+ territories across Australia.

The conference focused on new growth strategies and an exchange of ideas. Attendees networked in a relaxed environment and were entertained by a lively program with entertainment,, raffles and games to raise money for the charity Two Good Co, which works with domestic violence victims.

After a team golf afternoon and winery tour on Thursday, Megasealed Founder and Managing Director Jacques Courtin welcomed the group at a Gourmet BBQ Buffet. Said Courtin:

“The only constant in business is change. We need to continually evolve to stay relevant. Our plan for evolution focuses on three key areas – you (our franchisees), our customers and our systems.”

On Friday the packed agenda featured new sales strategies, updates on marketing and digital systems, inspiring speakers and team-building activities. The latter included the hilarious ‘Wine Olympics’, with the winning team enjoying an amazing helicopter ride over Sydney before the penultimate Gala Awards Dinner in the evening.

The keynote was delivered by top investor Jack Delosa, Founder of The Entourage, Australia’s largest training organisation for small to medium businesses. 

“Building a business is a skill. As business owners there are capabilities we need to develop to be successful. If you aren’t good at something, you simply haven’t learnt that skill.” 

Eight national awards were presented to Megasealed stars across categories including ‘Rookie of the Year’ and ‘National Top Inventory Award’.
