Megasealed Bathrooms is the market leader in the repair of leaking showers, balconies and natural stone restoration.
Due to growth and expansion we are seeking a professional to join our scheduling customer service team at our brand new premises at Matraville.
Reporting into the Customer Service & Operations Manager, you will have a variety of responsibilities including managing inbound customer enquiries, booking appointments for the sales team and scheduling jobs for the technicians.
This is a fast paced and exciting environment and would ideally suit someone with previous scheduling experience.
You will have the following essential qualities and skills for this customer service role:
- Self motivated individual with strong customer service skills is essential
- Demonstrated commitment to providing a friendly and courteous customer service experience and achieving total customer satisfaction
- Strong attention to detail, with excellent computer skills, accurate data entry and sound typing speed
- Strong initiative, ability to think outside the square and multi-task
- Highly organised, efficient individual with exceptionally high written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously on a variety of tasks with good time management and follow-up skills
- Enthusiastic and supportive team player
- Scheduling experience will be highly regarded
