"For some time now we have had a problem with a slippery shower recess, so we decided to phone your company for advice and to get a quote. We called the number advertised and asked for some details to be sent to us. We received a brochure within a few days.
We then phoned again to make arrangements for someone to call and see us. Your staff very promptly handled this and a date was set for your consultant, Mr Ben Armstrong to call on the 11th January 2012. Ben rang us the afternoon before the appointed time to confirm these arrangements.
Ben arrived on time and after a thorough check explained to us the problem and gave us a written quote immediately. He then went to see the C.E.O of the Retirement Village in which we live, got the necessary approval and then made the arrangements for the work to be carried out on Wednesday 1st February.
On Tuesday evening your technical man, David, rang to confirm the arrangements and the next morning arrived on time to do the job. This he carried out in a professional manner.
We would like to express our thanks to all concerned for the excellent manner in which they represent your Company.
