At Megasealed, we aim to provide a high level of service and customer satisfaction. To ensure we maintain this level we take the comments and feedback from our customers very seriously. That’s why we leave our customer questionnaire with each and every customer.
 
What we discovered – which is rewarding for us and reassuring for you - is that since the inception of the customer questionnaire in June 2010 over 98% of respondents rated our service and their satisfaction as good or excellent.
