Company Philosophy
Megasealed Bathrooms Aust. Pty Ltd company philosophy stems straight from the founder and owner’s personal experience and passion for this industry. Jacques Courtin, Managing Director of Megasealed Bathrooms has a background of over 40 years in the building industry including 16 years specialising in high-quality bathroom design and renovation.
Jacques insists on having a team of energetic and passionate professionals working along side him in all offices across the country. Jacques feels that his current team of managers provide energy, innovation and forward thinking enabling company growth and progression; characteristics that many companies often lack. This management team approach drives the culture of the company to be one of high integrity and of likeminded (and often robust) team players in a highly customer service orientated environment.
Over the past 40 years Jacques realised that shower recess leakage was a major recurring problem and perceived the need for a 'super sealant'. After intensive research Jacques teamed with an industrial chemist and invented the perfect product, Megasealed, which he began utilising in his bathroom renovation business in 1988.
The effectiveness of the product and subsequent customer satisfaction led Jacques to establish Megasealed Bathrooms in Sydney in 1996 and provide a specialised bathroom anti-leakage service.
Market demand leads to company growth
Since then, the success of the Megasealed service led to an increase in demand and the company expanded operations throughout most of Australia.
Referrals and repeat business from satisfied customers, Government Departments, Strata Management, Real Estate, Plumbers, Builders, Retirement Homes, Aged Care Facilities and Hospitality industries greatly contributed to the expansion of the company along with the introduction of the DIY Mega Kit, Megasealed Marble & Granite division and more recently the development of an anti-slip solution, Megagrip, and most recently a balcony repair and rejuvenation service.
